General information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Daniel Sueiras, we want you to receive your prints in perfect condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to cancel an order, return a purchase or report an incident, you can write to us at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>prints@danielsueiras.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests will be handled in accordance with the conditions set out below and with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellation of orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do so, write to <a href=\"mailto:prints@danielsueiras.com\">prints@danielsueiras.com<\/a> stating the order number and requesting its cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process the corresponding refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order has already been shipped, the return will be handled in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you purchase as a consumer, you have a period of <strong>30 calendar days from receipt of the product<\/strong> to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This period extends the 14-day period laid down by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a single order includes several products delivered separately, the period will begin from receipt of the last of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prints in the Daniel Sueiras catalogue are art reproductions that are printed in advance, hand-signed and part of limited editions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These characteristics do not in themselves exclude the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How to request a return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision before the end of the period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can do so by sending an email to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>prints@danielsueiras.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preferably include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyer&#8217;s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product or products you wish to return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An express statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You do not need to give a reason for the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also use the withdrawal form included at the end of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Deadline for returning the products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, you must send the products back without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of that communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns must be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daniel Sueiras Fanjul<\/strong><br>Calle Alquiladores 12<br>11500 El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda<br>C\u00e1diz, Spain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Condition and packaging of the prints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend returning the prints properly protected, preferably using the original tube or equivalent packaging that allows them to be transported safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer will be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will not be a general condition for exercising the right of withdrawal that the product remain unopened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Return costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For returns made in exercise of the right of withdrawal, <strong>the direct cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer<\/strong>, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer may choose whichever transport service they consider appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend using a tracked service and protecting the print properly to prevent damage in transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amounts due will be refunded in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes the price of the returned products and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs of the original purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the buyer selected a type of delivery more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery available, there is no obligation to refund that additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be made without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of the communication of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until the buyer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount will be refunded using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no additional cost to the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Damaged, defective or incorrect products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a print that is damaged, defective or different from the one you purchased, write to us at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>prints@danielsueiras.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State the order number and describe the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If possible, attach photographs of the product and the packaging so that it can be checked more easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where there is a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumer may choose between repair or replacement where legally appropriate, unless one of these remedies is impossible or disproportionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the legal requirements are met, the consumer may also request a price reduction or the termination of the contract with the corresponding refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of replacement, a new print of the same work and format will be sent, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If replacement is not possible, the legally applicable remedies will be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs necessary to remedy a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee will be borne by Daniel Sueiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Legal guarantee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products sold to consumers are subject to the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Spain, the seller is, as a general rule, liable for any lack of conformity of new goods that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, under the terms provided for by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect handling or circumstances arising after delivery that do not constitute a lack of conformity attributable to the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy does not limit consumers&#8217; statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Purchases made by businesses and professionals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the buyer is acting in the course of their business or professional activity and does not legally qualify as a consumer, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers will not apply automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such transactions will be governed by the agreed contractual terms and by the relevant legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
