1. General information
At Daniel Sueiras, we want you to receive your prints in perfect condition.
If you need to cancel an order, return a purchase or report an incident, you can write to us at:

Requests will be handled in accordance with the conditions set out below and with the applicable legislation.
2. Cancellation of orders
You may request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
To do so, write to prints@danielsueiras.com stating the order number and requesting its cancellation.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process the corresponding refund.
If the order has already been shipped, the return will be handled in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, where applicable.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This period extends the 14-day period laid down by law.
Where a single order includes several products delivered separately, the period will begin from receipt of the last of them.
The prints in the Daniel Sueiras catalogue are art reproductions that are printed in advance, hand-signed and part of limited editions.
These characteristics do not in themselves exclude the right of withdrawal.
4. How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision before the end of the period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.
You can do so by sending an email to:

Preferably include:
- Order number.
- Buyer’s name.
- Product or products you wish to return.
- An express statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You do not need to give a reason for the return.
You may also use the withdrawal form included at the end of this policy.
5. Deadline for returning the products
Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, you must send the products back without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of that communication.

6. Condition and packaging of the prints
We recommend returning the prints properly protected, preferably using the original tube or equivalent packaging that allows them to be transported safely.
The buyer will be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
It will not be a general condition for exercising the right of withdrawal that the product remain unopened.
7. Return costs
For returns made in exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise.
The buyer may choose whichever transport service they consider appropriate.
We recommend using a tracked service and protecting the print properly to prevent damage in transit.
8. Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amounts due will be refunded in accordance with the applicable legislation.
This includes the price of the returned products and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs of the original purchase.
If the buyer selected a type of delivery more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery available, there is no obligation to refund that additional cost.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of the communication of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until the buyer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
The amount will be refunded using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no additional cost to the consumer.
9. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a print that is damaged, defective or different from the one you purchased, write to us at:

State the order number and describe the incident.
If possible, attach photographs of the product and the packaging so that it can be checked more easily.
Where there is a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The consumer may choose between repair or replacement where legally appropriate, unless one of these remedies is impossible or disproportionate.
Where the legal requirements are met, the consumer may also request a price reduction or the termination of the contract with the corresponding refund.
In the event of replacement, a new print of the same work and format will be sent, subject to availability.
If replacement is not possible, the legally applicable remedies will be offered.
The costs necessary to remedy a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee will be borne by Daniel Sueiras.
10. Legal guarantee
Products sold to consumers are subject to the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.
In Spain, the seller is, as a general rule, liable for any lack of conformity of new goods that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, under the terms provided for by law.
The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect handling or circumstances arising after delivery that do not constitute a lack of conformity attributable to the seller.
This policy does not limit consumers’ statutory rights.
11. Purchases made by businesses and professionals
Where the buyer is acting in the course of their business or professional activity and does not legally qualify as a consumer, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers will not apply automatically.
Such transactions will be governed by the agreed contractual terms and by the relevant legislation.
