1. Scope of shipping
Daniel Sueiras ships nationally and internationally to the destinations available during the purchasing process on www.danielsueiras.com.
Availability of the service will depend on the destination country, transport conditions and any logistical or customs restrictions.
If it is not possible to ship to a particular address, the purchasing system may prevent the order from being placed.
2. Order preparation
All prints are printed in advance and are prepared for shipping once payment has been confirmed.
The usual preparation time is 1 to 3 working days.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for these purposes.
In exceptional circumstances that may affect the preparation of the order, the buyer will be informed where appropriate.
3. Delivery times
Estimated transit times will be shown during the purchasing process, depending on the destination and the transport service available.
The total estimated time to receipt includes the order preparation time and the transit time.
The dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by logistical circumstances, public holidays or customs checks.
In any event, the maximum delivery periods laid down by the applicable legislation will be observed.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchasing process, taking into account the destination and the characteristics of the order.
The customer will be able to view the corresponding cost before confirming payment.
Free shipping to mainland Spain
Orders with a product value of 50 € or more and a delivery destination in mainland Spain will benefit from free shipping.
This promotion does not apply to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international destinations.
For these territories, the transport cost will be shown during the purchasing process.
5. Packaging and protection
Prints are shipped unframed, protected in a rigid tube suitable for transport.
The packaging is designed to protect the art reproductions during handling and distribution.
6. International shipping and customs
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import taxes, duties or administrative charges levied by the authorities of the destination country.
These amounts, where they are legally payable by the recipient, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
They are not included in the product price or in the standard transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Daniel Sueiras does not determine or control the amounts charged by the customs authorities.
Territories with special tax regimes, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may also be subject to specific formalities and taxes.
7. Order tracking
Where the transport service allows it, the customer will receive information to track the shipment.
The availability and updating of this information will depend on the carrier.
8. Deliveries and incidents
The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address.
If an error in the shipping details is detected, the customer must report it as soon as possible to prints@danielsueiras.com.
Where an order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product, we recommend keeping the packaging and contacting us, providing photographs if possible.
This recommendation makes it easier to handle the incident, but does not limit the buyer’s statutory rights.
9. Undelivered or lost orders
If an order does not reach its destination, the customer may contact prints@danielsueiras.com to request information.
Daniel Sueiras will take the appropriate steps with the carrier and will offer the remedies that apply under the applicable legislation.
