2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the commercial relationship between Daniel Sueiras and the natural or legal persons who purchase products through the online shop.
Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms, which will be available for consultation before the purchase is completed.
The shop allows purchases to be made without the need to create a user account.
Orders may be placed from Spain and from other countries, provided that the destination is enabled in the shipping system and it is possible to complete the purchase.
3. Products and characteristics
The products sold are art reproductions of original works by Daniel Sueiras.
The prints have the following general characteristics:
- Printed on 250 g Rives Tradition fine art paper.
- Editions limited to 250 copies per work.
- Hand-signed by the artist.
- Various sizes, subject to availability.
- Supplied unframed.
- Protective packaging in a rigid tube.
The specific characteristics, dimensions and price of each print are shown on its corresponding product page.
The images published are intended to show the works as faithfully as possible. There may be slight differences in colour arising from screen settings or from the inherent characteristics of the printing process.
These differences do not affect the buyer’s statutory rights where there is a lack of conformity.
4. Prices and taxes
Product prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where appropriate.
Tax treatment may vary depending on the delivery destination and the applicable tax regulations.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately during the checkout process, except where a free shipping promotion applies.
For shipments to countries or territories subject to import formalities, additional duties, taxes and customs handling charges may arise.
These amounts, where legally payable by the recipient, shall be borne by the buyer and shall not be included in the price shown in the shop, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The total amount payable to Daniel Sueiras will be shown before the order is confirmed.
5. Purchasing process
To make a purchase, the user must:
- Select the products they wish to purchase.
- Add them to the basket.
- Enter the details required for invoicing and shipping.
- Select the available shipping method.
- Review the order summary, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- Accept the terms and conditions of sale.
- Make the payment.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer may review and correct the details entered.
Once the process has been completed successfully, they will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
Completion of the purchase shall be subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
6. Payment methods
Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe secure payment gateway.
Card details are processed by means of the payment provider’s security systems.
Daniel Sueiras does not store the full details of the bank cards used by customers.
The order shall be deemed paid once the transaction has been successfully authorised.
7. Product availability
The prints sold form part of limited editions.
The availability shown in the shop will be updated in accordance with recorded stock levels.
If, exceptionally, a purchased product is not available, Daniel Sueiras will inform the buyer and offer the alternatives to which they are legally entitled, including a refund of the amounts paid for the unavailable products.
One work shall not be substituted for another without the customer’s express acceptance.
8. Order preparation and delivery
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation.
This period relates to the preparation of the order and does not include transit time.
Estimated delivery times and available shipping costs are shown during the checkout process, depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.

9. Cancellations, withdrawal and returns
The customer may request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by writing to prints@danielsueiras.com.
Where consumer protection legislation applies, the buyer shall have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to give any reason for their decision. This period extends the 14-day period established by law.
The conditions, legal exceptions, procedure and associated costs are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
The handwritten signature and the limited-edition status of a print from the catalogue do not, in themselves, imply exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
10. Guarantees and defective products
The products are subject to the applicable legal guarantees.
If an item shows damage, manufacturing defects, preparation errors or a lack of conformity, the buyer must contact prints@danielsueiras.com.
Daniel Sueiras will handle the incident and offer the remedies provided for by the applicable legislation, including, where appropriate, replacement of the product, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The costs associated with remedying a legally recognised lack of conformity shall not be borne by the consumer.
11. Invoicing
Purchases made through the shop automatically generate the corresponding invoice, in accordance with the website’s tax and invoicing settings.
The buyer must provide correct and complete invoicing details.

12. Intellectual property
The works, illustrations, photographs and other artistic content published on www.danielsueiras.com are protected by intellectual property legislation.
The purchase of a physical print does not entail the transfer of the rights of reproduction, distribution, transformation or commercial exploitation of the work depicted.
The reproduction or exploitation of the works without the corresponding authorisation is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law.
13. Personal data protection
Personal data provided during the purchasing process will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

Daniel Sueiras will respond to communications and will endeavour to offer an appropriate solution in accordance with the buyer’s rights and the applicable legislation.
15. Amendment of the terms
Daniel Sueiras may update these terms to adapt them to legal, commercial or technical changes.
Amendments shall not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded, except where required by law.
Each purchase shall be governed by the terms in force at the time it is made.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may be applicable in the buyer’s country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts and tribunals shall be those determined in accordance with the applicable legislation, with due regard for consumers’ rights.
This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
